700-01 is a water-resistant emulsion made out of vacuum-reduced asphalt suspended in a mineral colloid emulsifier. It's odorless, non-toxic, and has a thick brush viscosity that adheres well to wet and dry building surfaces. The cured coating is a durable, ductile covering that is immune to prolonged water contact.
