The products will remain the property of South End Timber Mart until the balance is paid in full. Outstanding balances left unsettled past the due date will incur interest until fully settled.



Should any outstanding balance remain unpaid after sixty days from the date of invoice, South End Timber Mart will have the right to seek the assistance of collection Agencies to settle any remaining balance. In light of this event, any administrative or court costs incurred during the collection process will be shouldered by the Client.  



Consequently, all previous transactions and/or agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time that any and all outstanding payments are recovered in full.   

Unless stated otherwise, all contents displayed in this website are considered the exclusive and intellectual property of the South End Timber Mart or by the third-party affiliates who have licensed their materials to the company.
