H2O PRIMER is a polymer emulsion-based primer that helps RESISTO self-adhesive elastomer SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membranes adhere to most substrates. It's especially useful when using a solvent-based primer isn't advised (indoor installation and on polystyrene insulation).
